Our Technical Consultancy service is the first stage to meeting your computer services requirements. Whether you are starting with a new computer environment or developing an existing one, we have the experience and the expertise to advise you how best to progress your IT strategy.

No matter how big or small your requirement is, our policy is to discuss your needs with you face-to-face. We do not charge for this service as we feel that understanding our clients needs is a necessary step to cementing strong client relationships.

From the first meeting we aim to understand how your business works and how you are using IT today, understand what plans you may have for IT in the future, understand any problems you may be having with your existing environment, understand what you want from us, advise you of where we can help.

Following our first meeting we will provide you with a report and estimated costs to carry out any necessary work. This service is available throughout Mid Wales.

Please note that some environments may require a full IT audit to be carried out so that we can provide more accurate information. This type of survey is chargeable.
