& Conditions
- Bowtechnical
will endeavour to source and supply any replacement parts that are
not covered by manufacturer’s warranty. These will be invoiced
to the customer.
- Any delays
due to supplier errors or stock availability are unavoidable.
- Bowtechnical
cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to the customer’s
property or equipment after any work has been completed.
- Any job
alterations will be subject to additional charges.
- Any cancellation
of ordered goods will be subject to full payment by the customer if
Bowtechnical are unable to cancel delivery of goods from suppliers,
or a charge made for refund/return to supplier.
- In the
event of a customer’s cheque being returned to Bowtechnical
by the bank unpaid, an administration charge of £30 will be
levied each time.
- If any
free setup time is quoted by Bowtechnical, any extension of time after
this is chargeable and will be invoiced separately at the standard
rate.
- Any additional
work/hours/equipment discussed or requested when On-Site will be dealt
with after the completion of the current project and will be invoiced
separately.
- Bowtechnical
requires 50% deposit on acceptance of a quotation to the value of
£1000 or above. The remaining 50% is payable up to 30 days of
job completion. Any variation of these payment terms must be agreed
in advance.
- Any late
payments will be noted, if this becomes frequent, subsequent jobs
will be payable at quotation, or at the start of the job. Any over-quoted
labour will be refunded.
- A 1 hour
minimum charge applies to all on-site visits.
- Any cancellation
within 24hrs of the scheduled job will be subject to a 1 hour standard
labour charge.
- All equipment
purchased by the customer from Bowtechnical remains the property of
Mr R S Bowker until the full invoice amount is paid by the customer.
- Any quotation
is based on the best solution as we see it after our brief exploration
of the existing network. There will be room for manoeuvre on some
items if required. Installation is very difficult to quote for accurately.
We believe our estimation is as good as is possible. We also know
from experience that even with detailed planning there can be unexpected
problems that can cost considerable time. We will always keep you
fully involved during the installation so that you are aware of any
delays and the reasons for them. Bowtechnical always do everything
possible to complete the job in the time quoted.
- Please
make sure any data, whether personal or business is backed up in advance
on machines which are being upgraded (if any). Upgrading computers
may involve having to format the hard drive. If this has to be done,
all data on that computers hard drive will be wiped. Bowtechnical
cannot accept any responsibility for loss or corruption of data occurred.
- All product
guides, registration and warranty documents are left with the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to complete any relevant
forms and send them off to the manufacturer.
- Small
business support contracts are subject to a 12 month minimum contract
period paid monthly in advance by standing order. After 12 months,
a 30 day notice period is required in writing to end the contract
if required.
- Bowtechnical
reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
- With
payment of the bill or agreement to the quote or job you are accepting
the terms & conditions shown above.
